Wondering how to incorporate these foods into your diet?  Here are some suggestions…

Berries:

  • Throw berries on top of your morning cereal or yogurt for extra flavor and an early serving of fruit
  • Top ice cream with berries for a healthier dessert

Almonds:

  • Keep almonds in your backpack or purse as an emergency snack
  • Substitute almond butter for peanut butter to shake things up and get all the benefits of almonds
